This week is for the child who loves to sing, dance, and act, as it focuses on creativity and exposes children to the world of Acting and Musical Theatre..
During the acting portion, students will learn basic acting techniques and play acting and improv games.
During the musical portion, students will learn vocal warm-ups, basic theatre dance, and musical theatre performance techniques. Highlighted shows will be "The Greatest Showman", "Mamma Mia", "Dear Evan Hanson", "Hamilton", and other Broadway hits! Activities are age-appropriate and geared to introducing the stories and songs to the student while learning acting, dancing, and singing. Most importantly, this week is focused on developing a love and passion for Musical Theatre.
Students should bring drinks, a snack, and lunch. No peanuts please.
