Finding Your Voice for tweens/teens.
This class will focus on learning empowerment exercises needed to develop self confidence for ANY task. We will learn different strategies that kids can use everyday to embrace their own ideas and beliefs, instead of following others or listening to negative messages about themselves. Join us as we dive into meaningful discussions, exercises and mind shifts!
We will use all of the arts- music, visual arts, dance, acting and writing to build our self-worth. This class will give students a break from phones and social media so they can spend the time reflecting on their own strengths and unique abilities.
