About the process-
This production will be the launch of our Teen Academy. The Teen Academy is for trained performers who are dedicated to improving their theatrical talents. Actors will be expected to have had past theatre training in acting, voice and dance. The process will consist of advanced scene study and vocal work. This is the ideal project for serious actors who want to continue to grow and develop their skills. The music, choreography and scene work will be challenging, and actors will be expected to work extensively on their material outside of rehearsals. At NESPA, we strive to create a safe learning environment where everyone will feel like an important part of the production. Our programs integrate social/emotional learning and confidence building to make it a truly unique learning experience. We focus on building confidence and creativity while learning the art of theatre.
Rehearsal Dates - Actor availability can be noted on the audition form. Rehearsals will begin in October and our rehearsal schedule will be made according to the actors availability.
All events happen at the NESPA studios, 55 Concord St in North Reading until we transition to The Peabody Black Box Theatre during tech week. Questions? email us at nespa@comcast.net.
